RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-returnable items include used or opened products, items purchased on sale or with discount codes, and gift cards.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will replace or refund your order accordingly.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
